Valentine’s Day is from Dizzy & Fay’s album Hooked (2022). This video was inspired by a love letter and it was made using photoshop, drawing frame by frame to create a tableaux of imagery from the video.
Never Mind
Music video for Dizzy & Fay
Never Mind was comprised of live-off-the-studio floor footage of Dizzy & Fay performing the song (in their first take mind you), with the addition of the City of Prague philharmonic orchestra performing virtual overdubs.
I Knew It Was Love
Animated music video for Dizzy & Fay
This video was made on photoshop using the animation process called rotoscoping; drawing frame by frame over film footage. In this case the original footage is of Fred Astaire and Jane Powell dancing in the film “A Royal Wedding”. The footage was first edited to fit the song, then I proceeded to draw over 2000 drawings to create the video.
